Ellen Vanderburg, Senior Vice President & Regional Trust Manager

Key Private Bank

Navigating an ever-changing financial terrain and understanding complicated tax laws is difficult. Ellen leverages more than 30 years of experience to help current and future generations of individuals, families, and not-for-profit organizations. She combines her expertise in personal trusts, estate planning, and taxation with her ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. Knowing that every financial client has unique needs, issues, and requests, Ellen’s approach to client service begins with an in-depth analysis. Then she works closely with a team of Key Private Bank financial professionals, first to devise a plan that takes into account the client’s current position and ultimate goals, and then to regularly monitor that plan to make certain it is attaining optimum performance. Prior to joining Key Private Bank, Ellen’s roles included CFO, CPA, and a variety of private bank and trust management positions. Ellen received her BA in accounting from Southern Methodist University, and her MBA with a concentration in taxation from Golden Gate University.

She is dedicated to community and professional growth as a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Florida Institute of CPAs, Naples Estate Planning Council, and Naples Planned Giving Council.
